Our company purchases small properties in Oakland County Michigan, tears them down, and builds larger modern homes in their place. Highly profitable deals with track record of success. Typical project is a $120-$150k purchase with $200k in construction (2700 sq ft homes). ARV of $450-$500k. Looking for a partner to provide financing for at least 1 property, preferably more.
