I am looking for a loan on my rental property.  I am hoping that someone has 100% financing in Iowa. The property is $110,000 the comps are $94,000-$125,000 I am looking at this property to buy and hold.  It is in a great neighborhood on the NE side of Des Moines.  My credit isn't that great.  My finances are tied up in other projects at the time.  Please contact me if you are interested in more information.
