No I do not have any EXPERIENCE in flipping properties.  The only way for me to get EXPERIENCE is by starting to flip.  My price range is up to $300,000.

It really would be best that you find a local flipper with experience in your market and start working with him/her.  Some flipper who has done 6 or more flips in the last year .... and made money.
