I buy, rehab, lease and sell properties in Indianapolis Indiana. I have turned over 500 properties in the last 5 years. I have a 24 plex that is 100% vacant I would like to buy and do the same thing. I estimate 750k for the total purchase and rehab cost to do the entire project. Banks dont lend on value add projects, but its were all the profit is made. Please reach out to me if interested.
