Plan Z Property Solutions, LLC is looking for joint venture partners who have cash to invest for excellent returns to make up the other 35% of the purchase and rehab monies. The most likely match would be an individual passive investor who recognizes the incredible profit opportunity in real estate, has cash, but doesn't want to be bothered with the effort of finding, fixing, or reselling of properties.

We would split the net profits of each joint venture sale PZPS-60%/JV Ptnr-40% after terms on the money are paid. Terms are negotiable, but because of the profit sharing element of the partnership, expected to be considerably lower than current hard money rates.

We buy properties in the $50,000 to $250,000 range in Idaho and Utah.
