Looking for help

I have tried looking for a partner, I have tried doing things on my own. So far nothing. So i am asking for help with cleaning up my credit and finishing my own home. I own my house outright as it was gifted to my partner and i back in may. I would need $250,000 to pay off my credit and get my own house up to codes. Not that it is bad just needs finished as the previous owners started but never finished. My credit is not the greatest so i would be asking for a private investor. We could use my our house as collateral if need be. Let me know.
