Looking for funding in the Netherlands to let grow our business.

We are looking for 1.4 MM to buy real estate with working unit to startup a wholesale/warehouse and a couple of shops.

There are 2 options:

First option: only to start the shops needed amount will be 350.000 dollar

Second option: buy real estate with workingunit and start wholesale/warehouse 1.1.MM

All together needed funding 1.4 MM.

I'm wondering, I have been contacted by Ken Woods and see that he has 180 posts on this site. Has ANYONE done business with him and can reccomend his services?

I'm always a bit more cautious with forgeign investors, and more so people who discuss money but can't produce a website or only uses a free email system like gmail.
