2 4 Story entertainment building used for wedding, parties & catering service, cash flowing 7 -10k/week

purchase  price 1.8MM client has good credit.

3 Looking for joint venture 4 three story mix use, each property is located in an upscale area (Art Museum) 1st fl store front 2nd & 3rd apts 1.2MM ARV 2.4 MM private distress owner not listed.

4. Refi on daycare/apt building 100k owner looking to rehab.
