I have several clients in need of equity partners to purchase various commercial, multifamily and hotel properties. All of my clients are credit worthy and have been/will be approved by the primary lender to obtain a 30 year loan at 1.5% interest for 75% of the purchase amount. The lender requires a 25% cash down payment and is ok with third party lenders. In some cases, the investor/equity partner can be cashed out in 90 days or less. My clients are willing/able to pay a 10% fee plus 10% interest for short term funding up to 18 months.
