I'm looking for a "SUPER"man . . . a Real Estate Partner & Mentor who is single, has a good amount of commercial real estate expertise, can bring the down payment to the deal, and work with me to acquire a VERY LARGE UPSCALE MULTIFAMILY commercial property in the Southeast and teach me the ropes of doing so.

These properties have upwards of 170 - 250+ units each or more, need little or no updating, are professionally managed, and are at least 85% rented at all times. 

In return for locating these properties, we will split the NOI 50-50, and I will ensure that the professional management is managed properly.
