Hi Mr. Gonzalez- I reviewed your post. The project looks attractive. Reviewed your E.S. and cost breakdown. The first thing I would want to know is have you secured funding at this time for it? If you have, congratulations. If not, I will send it to my best people to review the project and see what they come up with for you.
