Good down payments, good credit with the exception of a shortsale/foreclosure and/or bankruptcy resulting from mortgage issues. Clean slates and current credit scores as high as 680. These are people who are used to homeownership and had to strategically evaluate negative assets and make decisions. Typical down payment can be from 10 - 50% depending upon borrower.
