The following will give you a little idea on what they are currently doing in the market:

             Bridge/Mezz/Preferred Equity on cash flowing multiple tenant assets (Multi-Family, Student Housing, Office, Retail, Industrial/Warehouse, Hotels) up to 85% LTC/LTV

             Acquisition of Notes, REO's and distressed assets (we will also lend on note purchases as well as distressed assets)

             Markets- North East, South East, Mid Atlantic, Texas

             Size- $4M to $30M on any one deal

             Bridge Terms no longer than 3 years

             Mezz Terms can go co-terminous for 5 years

             Land and Construction

             Continental USA only

We now lend Nationwide. Our minimum loan amount for the West Coast is $8-10million.

We also can float properties that are going into HUD financing.
