Kennedy Funding fiances a mixed use development

Colchester mixed-use development moving forward with help of $1.6M loan.

COLCHESTER — A mixed-use development on the drawing board for years in Colchester has gotten a new infusion of cash to help the project move forward.
Private lender Kennedy Funding Financial has closed a $1.6 million loan for the 16-acre Settlers Greene development site off 312 Lebanon Ave. in Colchester, the company announced last week.
The two-year, interest-only funding was given to Settlers Greene, LLC, an affiliate of owner J. Healy Builders LLC, and will be serviced by Kennedy Funding Financial, according to Senior Loan Officer Jeffrey Silver.
