Kennedy Funding closes on 67 unit proposed development- Connecticut

We have just funded a $1,600,000 loan for the refinance/cash-out of a proposed 67 unit residential/commercial condominium style development located in Colchester, CT.  The borrower was able to satisfy his existing note that had come due as well as consolidate unsecured debt.
