Kennedy Funding closes loan in New Orleans

Kennedy Funding Financial has just closed a $1,525,000 loan for the purchase of a .963 acre tract of land located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana. KFF provided approximately 62% of the purchase price.  The borrower intends to build an upscale hotel and hostel.

The term of the loan is for two years, interest only, with no prepayment penalty.  Please call with any questions or to discuss a new loan.
