Kennedy Funding closes 3 Land Loans in 3 Weeks

We closed a $1,200,000 loan this week secured by 35.9 acres of waterfront property located in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The funds are being used to pay off existing debt and working capital.

Unlike many lenders we looked past the fact that our collateral was land and saw the significant upside potential of this property.  This is the second land loan we have closed in the last two weeks.
