Kennedy Funding attending the CREF show in Orlando

We recently funded a land loan in Cabrera, Dominican Republic, a well known beach community. The funds are being used to pay off existing debt and for entitlements/approvals for future development. Our borrower, a prominent US citizen with a very strong business resume still found it difficult to secure financing on land in the Dominican Republic.  Kennedy Funding was able to see the upside of the project and was able to provide the necessary funds needed to get the project underway.
