Kennedy closes $3.185M land loan!
We have just closed a $3,185,000 to a Seattle based developer. The borrower plans to use the funds to refinance a matured loan secured by a 7.89-acre property located in Des Moines, Washington, a suburb of Seattle. The property has been preapproved for mixed-use development including hospitality and residential.
