JV Partnership Available for Legitimate Developers/Investors/Businesses With Limited Cash Resources

We are looking to fund commercial real estate development projects or portfolio acquisitions within the U.S. with legitimate and experienced commercial real estate developers and investors.  We like to partner with developers/investors that are asset-rich but cash poor.  

If you have a current asset base that has an estimated "as-is" value of at least $10 million (preferably $15 million), and you need a JV partner that is willing to fund the cost of development/growth, then feel free to reach out to me.  We can close a transaction within 21 days.
