Joint Venture Opportunities for Seattle Area Flips
We are currently seeking JV partners to bring capital to new residential repositioning projects. Joint venture equity will be deployed into new flip projects and JV partners are a member of the project. Each member is allocated a portion of the project equity profit upon resale. Projects range from 3-6 months.
We have been performing successful repositioning projects with distressed single family homes in the Seattle area for the past 5 years. We have been improving our neighborhoods while delivering exceptional returns to our partners. There are a growing number of new opportunities which will allow us to apply our business model and expand our operations.
