Jaspers Crossing will become an East Coast destination for domestic as well as international travelers. The development has great synergy. Here are the components: water theme park with hotel; a performing arts with hotel (second level includes a film making school and culinary art school); hockey area with Central Hockey League; bowing alley; fitness center; Olympic long and short blade racing; a micro hotel with a seven continent restaurant served by the culinary art school; a commercial village; and a seafood distribution center handling daily fresh seafood from the NE. We have three parcels on Hwy 278 (only access to Hilton Head Island from I-95) with 27,000 cars per day. The site is visible from I-95 for advertising (80,000 cars per day).
