Terms will be:

25-50% equity

8.5% interest -- can be deferred during start up

2-4 points

funding time 4-6 months

Borrower must have 1% of their fund request available in liquid funds -- bank guarantees not accepted, but LOCs ok.

Lender does intense due diligence so if you've got anything in your background please don't waste my time or yours.
