The Company is the oldest private equity firm in the Southeastern United States and has $415 million of committed equity capital to invest in founder and family owned companies. We are seeking to invest in companies that meet the following criteria:
- Founder or family owned business
- Revenue in excess of $20 million
- Operating income in excess of $4 million
- Based in US or Canada
- The owners of the business are willing to sell a controlling stake
