 currently we are looking for investors and contractors for a contract to be awarded by the government himself and we are looking for investors and construction or civil engineers who can be able to construct oil rigs and multiple rural-urban estates across major states and countries involved and we have been on this for some time please do contact me on my email on the discussion of this projects if you will be interested to bid for this contracts and there is no need to look for loan because its a government project and i will be finance by the government all we just need is a bidder and qualified engineer,company or experienced investor willing to travel and meet with us in person and also be able to meet with the government and agency involved in this development projects.
