Interim LOC

Hello,

   I'm heading to the bank with $35M in unencumbered RE and Marketable Securities to create a $35M Revolving LOC. Its going to take 2-4 weeks for that line to close. My bankers will give me a interim LOC if I show $2.5M in my Firms account. If anyone is interested in working with me on the interim LOC lets get under NDA and I'll show you the collateral for the $35M LOC. Once that line closes in 10-30 days your funds are released back along with your negotiated profit.
