Im looking for Michigan Commercial private and Hard Money lenders

I have many deals that need funding in Michigan, no Detroit. I am a commercial mortgage broker and I am not looking for fee takers. I have been in this business over 25 years so again only respond if you know you have money to lend on Michigan commercial properties.

Here is some of what I need:

at least 65% of better LTV

Min loan amounts down to $150K

Min credit down to 540 mid score

The property types right now are:

Retail

Office

Dry Cleaner retail building

Gas Station with store

Car Wash- Tunnel Style 

Car Wash- Self Serve with Automatic
