I'm looking for working capital for my business

I'm looking for working capital for my business, from $250,000. The money would be used to pay for transactions on properties that I do. To help pay fees into title and or repair fees on the properties I'm working on. I'm looking for interest payment only, and I would need the money for 6 years. After our contract is done, the principal will be paid back to you. Please let me know your terms of the loan. This needs to have no up front fees to pay.
