I'm looking for working capital for my business

 I'm looking for working capital for my business, from $250,000 to $800,000. The money would be used to pay for transactions on properties that I do. To help pay fees into title and or repair fees on the properties I'm working on. I'm looking for interest payment only, and I would need the money for 3 to 5 years.
