MODERN LOAN PROGRAMS WITH COLLATERAL

The investment Group:  Provides the capital through depositors to fund financial instruments that are qualified to be use as collateral.

THE ENTERPRISE OR PROJECT:

Is the recipient of the loan, the developer of the project and the payer of the interest to the bank, Lender or financial institution?

THE BANK, LENDER OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION:

Approves the financing and accepts the project and the financial instrument as collateral and extends the loan. This loan program has the benefits of security and recapitalization for the lender.

HOW IT WORKS:

The IG Facilitators facilitates the funding to purchase the structured collateral to be used as additional collateral along with the projects.

The loan gets structured and formalized and the lender provides the capital for the entrepreneurs who received the capital and services the interests.

USING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AS COLLATERAL:

Our target projects to capitalize them and create jobs go from 200 Thousand to 900 Million in U.S.A Dollars.

Our structured collateral loan program creates that the project and developments become bankable managing risk and giving security to financial institutions during the terms of the loan.

This is a program that backs financial institutions with the double collateral.

1.        The project, the receivables and the tangible and intangible assets.

Economic Unit

2. 100% + (Or as permitted by law) of the face value of the loan in a qualified financial instrument.

PROCESS OF STEPS TO FUND

These are the steps to funding:

1). The Investment Group Review Team accepts the intake of the project through an application package.

2). The Investment Group Review Team structures the loan for financing. The project gets analyzed through the 30 underwriting programs for conventional or secure funding.

3). If the project is qualified conventional it would go directly to conventional programs.

4). If the project is qualified for the structured collateral program a term sheet approval would be extended to the project.

5).The lender will review the project along with all the conditions for the funding.

6).The lender will provide a Term Sheet to execute the loan.  If the project is not acceptable it will be restructured to another     lender of the consortium.

7). CLOSING- The lender orders the loan documents and the closing using the project and qualified instruments as collateral. MCS facilitates funding for the instrument and delivers it to the lender.

CLOSING PROCESS AND LIQUID COLLATERAL

1) The Lender issues a term sheet agreeable by all parties.

2) A closing date is schedule by the lender and all parties.

3) MCS orders the qualified cash collateral instrument.

4) The authorized and licensed seller contacts the lender for delivery instructions. The cash collateral instrument is titled to the respective holder and delivered to the lenders possession and or bank preference.

The capital facilitated by MCS are funds provided by U.S.A qualified individuals and institutions. The funds provided for the purchase of the collateral comply with the patriot ACT.

PATRIOT ACT
