I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY!

WOW. Everybody needs money from you guys. But what do you get? Interest? Shares? Well obviously, but what else? Sounds cold to me. I only deal with investors as friends. Friends to have some fun with. This is my first time on here so here goes. I/We have an investor perk package. Nothing fancy, and certainly nothing you can't buy for yourself, but come to my town, Nashville, TN, and my "friends" will see the sites, sounds, smells, and atmosphere of Nashville. Sure you get interest but you can come and hand out, relax, see a game (many to choose from), music, cigars, come hunt with us. My group, our group is putting together and entertainment package for those who trust us with their funds. We currently buy 30-50 homes a month, before the end of the year we will increase that to 500 with our new friends and a ground campaign second to none. You missed it Wilmar. You sound a TV ad. Just say, "Hey Mark, I hear you're looking for money to buy up Nashville, I'm in! How about an equity line of a million to start. Here's the papers, and let's go. Oh, an by the way, I'm going to head over to see what's up over there and catch a Titan's game with you. Is that ok?"

Now we can do business. As I said, "I don't want cold hard money." I can get that anywhere. I want guys/girls who want to enjoy the game and what they do.
