Yes Christine, we have a number of clients in Illinois, especially in the Chicago-land vicinity. We have currently 2 projects we are seeking at minimal, construction funding for and 1 amazing potential project we are looking for full package purchase and construction lending on that WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE 30 DAYS FROM NOW...this we can prove to you, and I guarantee it's a OIALT (once in a life time). Specifics will be handled off-post but the approximate loan amounts range from $2.8M to $25+M...the + only indicates zoning opportunity available to maximize units at our discretion and thus maximize returns. We prefer lenders that are willing to travel to NOLA to see first hand the Vision we have for these projects and for first-hand market analysis confirmation....we are looking to establish a long term lending relationship built on trust and performance. We will be just as picky about who we allow to lend with us as you are about the projects and principles. We are not another "notch on your belt" investment group with like projects....if that's your cup of tea, move on...if not, lets make some money together!
