Barry,  My name is Mark Guy and I buy single family homes and substantially renovate them. I have over 35 years in the real estate business.  Licensed real estate broker, construction management specialist, rehabber.  I typically list and sell the properties I rehab.  I'm looking for funding to be able to purchase 2 to 3 properties per month.  I'm located in SE Virginia and I service three municipalities - Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Norfolk. The purchase price on the property ranges between $50 and $100K.  Once repaired, the outsale price ranges $180-240K.  Standard fix and flips range $50-60K in repairs.  Major rehabs range $90-100K in repairs.
