Hi I am looking for a gap funder for two houses one of the properties I want to buy and hold to build up my credit for my business. The other property is on a cul de sac and has beach access and if anyone is interested on helping me fund the my projects I can email you the presentation.

I recently formed a Company (llc), specializing in the acquisition.rehabilitation and management of distressed multi-family properties so as to provide "affordable" housing for the disabled, elderly, homeless and displaced veterans.At this time our only financing options are hard money or private money sources, however, even hard money lenders require "some skin in the game" of approximately 20% down payment or some form of "gap" funding.

I have approximately 30 yrs of experience investing primarily in  SFR properties, while my partner has over 40 yrs of General Contracting ; thus making your lending program quite intriguing to us. Hello, I'm looking for Investor partners to help close on a Large Loan from overseas in return you will get access to this lender as well along with short term funding from us once we close this loan.
