I have a need for-  venture capital, commercial construction,equity partners  and\or syndication loans for experienced developers here in Manhattan -  3 projects  - presently income producing to be converted onto 'art factories' -- they are firms w\ 50 years experence and individuals whom I know well  now fo 5 years - well capitalized and well know - based in manhattan and where this need it but they alsoare international - rather large transations - and in a way fall under this 'subject topic' but not residential asset
