Dear Arnold,

I saw your details on the Linked In Real Estate lending site. I have 8 houses in the historic Boston Edison district of Detroit, four of which are nearly completed. I am seeking additional funding of up to $340,000 to complete the project for sale in the late spring/early summer 2015.

However, i would be satisfied with a smaller amount to get started with as i note that you indicated taht you do up to $200,000.
