I am looking for a partner to fund purchase and will split profits. Currently need $190,000 for purchase of single family dwelling in upper middle class neighborhood in Chicago suburb that could be turned for $230,000 to $245,000. The $190,000 would secure purchase and rehab cost possible less would work. Sale price confirmed by area sales and certified appraiser.
