Funding Sought for Quick Turn Residential Projects

I am looking for funding for the acquisition and renovation of single family homes in Naples, Florida.

I have the unique opportunity to work with the exclusive agent for a company that is currently acquiring homes for a special program that they have set up to get families in homes that may not otherwise qualify for a conventional mortgage, but are low risk.

Currently, there is a backlog of homes for these families.  There is a need for more than $2M in property.  

I have the criteria set for the homes and am looking at acquiring homes that need light renovations and work to meet the program's criteria.  These homes would be acquired, renovated, and resold to the end buyer/company program in 30 days.
