Our firm procures funding  for projects that meet guidelines for the funding programs available. These projects must be 10mm and up must have 15% equity invested prior to funding. Barrowers must have a certain amount of liquidity and the management team must be experienced. Our source will not except projects that require 100% plus cost of funding projects. On JV our source will provide 90 to 95% loan to cost and on debt no more then 80% loan to cost on a project by project basis. Contact [e-mail]  for details.
