May I ask this group if there is a funding firm that can place funds for an existing Hotel based in Queensland (Mecure Brand) part of the Accor Group here in Australia?
Loan required is US$21,550.000.00

Offer a first lien or 1st Mortgage over the properties as security for the funding.
Will consider a JV partner if there is such a person Interested in Funding the Hotel.
