Funding Needed Residential Rehab Projects Central Michigan Area

I am seeking private funding for single-family residential buy,rehab,resell projects in the Central Michigan area.  Will entertain paying paying 10-12% interest return or equity position. Our project properties are basic single family houses which after rehab are returned to the market in turn-key condition at competitive, consistent price points.

I have a lender that provides unsecured credit lines that can be used to purchase, rehab, and flip real estate, allowing you to leverage our resources to do more deals, and increase your bottom line on each and every property.

You may draw on and make payments on these business credit lines as many times as you need to, which means once you’re approved, you can flip multiple properties with the same capital!
