Funding needed from direct lender for Bridge loan in Hawaii

This particular client of mine is looking for a short -term bridge loan in the amount of 3.55M to pay off

existing loans and to pay architect to complete drawings so that the client can acquire building permit

which is the only permit left that is needed for the Senior/Memory Care Facility

in Hawaii, Then they will be shovel ready. The client has an end lender in place to pay off the Bridge and

finance the construction.(The end lender will pay off the bridge loan in 12 months and fund the actual

construction). The client owns the land and has a first and a second mortgage. The land was worth $8.9M before added entitlements, Now value at $16M. If you are a direct
