Funding Needed for Current Rehab Project
I have a residential property that I purchased with a JV partner and have been rehabbing for around a year. I am about 2 months from completion. I need to buy out my JV partner and fund the remaining rehab to complete the project.
Buy out amount is $57,000, remaining rehab amount is $18,000, total is $75,000.
ARV is between $120,000 & $130,000.
