I have access to a large private funding source that can fund projects from $5,000,000 to $200,000,000 and can close in 30 days or less depending on the complexity of your project. In some cases they can fund requests as low as $2,000,000 but typically they like $5,000,000 and up!

They love REO distressed assets at deep discounts, ground up development and redevelopment, Hotel, Senior Housing, Multifamily Apartments, Office and retail centers.They fund in all states and internationally depending country, risk, asset type and location . 

They do require Principals to have strong financials, experience in the industry and or have a strong sponsor that does.
They will require 25% skin in the game unless financial status is strong enough that will lower equity required down to 20% or in some cases as low as 10%
