* We offer Ground-Up Construction Funding as a Lender from $200k up to $5 Million. We also have a program that we broker for large scale construction developments in every state across America. This is a Bond Funding program with loan amounts from $5 Million up to $100 Million. This works for residential subdivisions as well as commercial developments for properties like Multifamily, Retail, Offices, Self Storage and most other large income producing commercial businesses. (Borrower must be experienced for our construction program)
* Fix & Flip Funding for 1-4 unit properties as well as Multifamily properties. Up to 90% LTV on the purchase with 100% of all Rehab Funds financed as well!
