Funding for investment property 28 units. Based on Property.(No scammers no fees until closing)

Need funding for a 28 unit.100%occupied and rehabbed.Need funding based on property and the profit it has.Property management is in place.All funding will go through a reputable legal title company.In Killeen TX where the property is located at.All loan fees will be processed through the title company. The property also goes through a HUD inspection to make sure everything is properly up to code.I have photos and up to date profit and loss statements.Lender can put a lien on the property in the first position.Until I refinance.Private lenders are welcome but understand the guidelines above.Tired of messing with fake lying so called lenders.In my opinion should be made to prove that they have done legitimate loans.If they want to be members on here.Just my opinion.Legitimate business people to me shouldn't have to this nonsense.If they would just have to prove that they have done legitimate loans.I have no problem with due diligence on a lender.But no credentials at all.

Robin, I am working on a 100 unit complex in the heart Killeen, Tx also recently rehabbed,able to purchase at a 8.7 cap.
