Some other pros – Non Recourse transaction, quick close – 45 days no issue assuming we have full pkg.  Environmental is done by search, no-phase I.  Typically appraise about 20-25% of the total units in a BPO format.  Loan is securitized and lender is hungry for these types of deals.  Lender typically charges 1.0% upfront or can put into the rate.
