Would your company or anyone that you know be interested in financing in the hotel market. At the moment
I am looking for private money on two hotel deals that are under contract extensions. The financial backer that we
had lined up was unable to perform after stating that it was time to go to contract. I am looking for partial funding, for
the first deal for most of the down payment. There is private financing in place on this deal. On the second deal the
private financing that is in place will go away. They just want to be cashed out and retire. We have an SBA loan that we
are working on, though the ideal way that we would like to go, is for a private lender to fund all or at least a major portion
of it. We are looking for 500K for the first deal and about that on the second deal should we go through with the SBA loan.
We would need 1.3M to bypass the SBA and go with private financing all the way. We are looking at all possibilities to get
these deals done by the end of the month. Any and all solutions and/or suggestions are greatly appreciated. I would be
more than happy to share more information and the packages on these deals upon the signing of Non-Disclosure and
