Hello,

I am David Joseph at Regional Realty Services Inc in Barbados.  We are interested in funding a number of projects but at this time, are focused on helping a client acquire prime commercial R/E in main street, B'dos.  We have run into the problem that available collateral is held by another bank against debt and would like to know how possible it would be to use the property being acquired as collateral? There are 2 properties and both are tenanted.  This could be done in the name of a separate small company of very reputable and experienced participants.

Your thoughts are awaited.

David
