We focus on niche and specialized lending products for  commercial real estate investors and business on a nationwide basis.   We offer products ranging from Bridge loans for distressed situations to very competitive commercial loans for A borrowers as well as Accounts Receivable and Factoring.  

 

 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for an energetic aggressive talented business development person to add to our team and work from our Fort Lauderdale Office. Responsible for identifying, promoting and providing information to prospective clients, to close deals.

 

Looking for aggressive individual who wants to focus on business develop for our firm in the area of accounts receivable and factoring for small to mid-sized business.

You will be charged with marketing and brining in new customers who are in needs or asset based financing, such as accounts receivable, factoring and inventory lines of credit.

 

We have some great products that provide needed working capital to business and we need to get the word out that this capital is available to them.

 

Must be focused and committed to superior’s customer service experience. Will be leading the effort to make contact with business who might be in need of our financing, and following up with them.
